Background

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs launched the Emirati Traveler Card with the aim of consolidating key services and information relevant to Emirati travelers in one place, reflecting the concept of "the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is with you wherever you are." The card provides guidance content and supporting services that contribute to facilitating travel and enhancing traveler preparedness before and during the journey

Goals:

This consultation aims to gather customers' views on the Emirati Traveler Card, as well as proposals related to developing its distribution mechanism and improving its content in a way that meets travelers' needs and enhances its utilization.

Expected Outcomes:

1) Raise awareness of services and guidance relevant to Emirati travelers before and during travel.

2) Improve the Emirati traveler experience and facilitate timely access to information and services.
